Not only are the backups completed for you each day, but you are always notified when they are complete - further reassurance that your data is safe and secure. The system will back up both your QRoute data as well as your QuickBooks data file.
Even better, we have an effective program to get you going in just minutes should you have a data failure on your active system. It provides the ability to download the data immediately to a different system or use our web interface to access your business from a temporary facility like a hotel room or portable office. If you have Web access, you will be back in business in just minutes.
It is also very affordable. A whole year of protection is only $79 if you have 1000 customers or less. More than 1000 accounts? Only $149 – no matter how many customers you have. It could not be easier! The only other requirement is that you need to be on a QCare support plan to participate in the program.
