" I own a Mexican food manufacturing and distribution business and we just switched from another accounting solution to QuickBooks just for the Q-Route system. We are running the application on PDA/smart phones with wireless printers. We were previously handwriting tickets, after just one day on Q-Route I could not get my salesman to give it up. We had a few technical difficulties with the system the first week or so, but Advantage Route Systems went above and beyond to make sure the system worked and repaired the software issues within a week. "I own a small bottled water delivery company and have been using QuickBooks for years. QuickBooks is excellent for most businesses, but when it comes to deliveries it doesn't provide a mobile option, a simple method of tracking returnable items, or a way to change invoices while on the road. Not wanting to abandon QuickBooks, I began searching for a solution that integrated with it. And by integrate I don't mean having to export and import data constantly. Q-Route completely integrates with QuickBooks and becomes a menu item, so when QuickBooks is up, it is up. Since switching to Q-Route my productivity has literally tripled and my customers are extremely happy. I now can offer more frequent deliveries and not have to worry about canceling and re-entering invoices/payments because of missed, canceled, or changed orders. The invoice is created at the customer’s door with the handheld and a receipt printed on the spot. It properly tracks returnables such as empty bottles. All the features that Q-Route promised has been available or made available within a very timely manner. On top of all this what I'm most impressed with is their customer service. If you run into a problem, they are extremely quick to fix it. I sent an email with a bug I found and they sent me a reply saying "The corrected version will be available for download in 30min." I've never seen a company move that fast. I am very happy with Q-Route 2000 so far and look forward to future versions. "
