Advanced Communications?
Want to communicate with your server from a remote site or do you like the efficiency of transferring using wireless communications in your office? If so, you will need to add to your system our Advanced Communications module ($350). This does requires a handheld with Wi-Fi capabilities or GPRS. Check your hardware to make sure it has the proper radio to use with this feature. Comes with 1 hour of support time. Installation of this module may require more time than the included hours.

How we bill for the plan. We bill our support and backup plans each quarter for a year at a time. You will be billed about 45 days before the end of the quarter that your plan will expire. You must pay this by the start of your new support year to maintain continuity and carry over your hours. Your plan is for a one year period.
