Support Plan Terms
1. QRoute Support Hours are from 6am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday. Not including holidays. Registered users may call our support line: 1.209.485.9395
2. You will receive 1.5 hours of technical support to use anytime.
Billable Charges (Credit Card Support) - Phone and email support assistance will require a credit card prior to receiving assistance. All billable calls will incur a minimum charge of $55 for the first 15 minutes or less. $55 will be charged for the start of each quarter hour there after:

Prepaid Support Package - We offer a package of 2.5 hours of technical support for a low price of $199. This can be purchased on our online store or by calling our sales hotline at 1.866.317.6883.
Non Billable Charges - The following are considered non-billable support calls:
- Submitting an enhancement request.
- Reporting errors or bugs in the software.
3. Upgrades - A rebate will be offered to existing customers who decide to purchase future releases.
